kernel: events: Remove ResetType::Automatic.
- This does not actually seem to exist in the real kernel - games reset these automatically. # Conflicts: # src/core/hle/service/am/applets/applets.cpp # src/core/hle/service/filesystem/fsp_srv.cpp
